We offer a 28-day return window on all non-personalized items, no questions asked.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with any tags attached.
Personalized or custom-engraved pieces (name, fingerprint, date) cannot be returned unless defective, since they’re made specifically for you.
To start a return, email support@velmorasilver.com with your order number.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We use USA ring sizes from 5 to 15, including half sizes. If you’re unsure of your size, measure an existing ring’s inner diameter or visit a local jeweler for a free sizing.
